YOU’RE NOT LEFT ALONE AT SHF!
YES! A Personal
Training Session, not an orientation
You will meet with a trainer
to discuss your personal goals, and
your trainer will set you up with a fitness program to get you
started on your road to success. All Personal Trainers are certified by an
accredited institution, and are here to help.
We highly recommend that all
members take advantage of their first session with a trainer,
from the novice exerciser to the advanced athlete. There is
always something new to learn! It has been proven through the
years that we have been in business, that members who hire a
personal trainer, stick to their programs and succeed - That’s
why SHF pays for your first session!
The
Personal Trainers take continuing education classes every year
to keep up with the current trends in the fitness industry and
are glad to pass that knowledge on to you. It’s amazing how a
few sessions with a trainer can help guide your fitness
program. Watch out! You may learn to love exercise!
