We offer approximately 70 group fitness classes per week in each location, so there is always a time and class that will work for you.
Clinton Schedule
Clinton Group Fitness Classes do not require a sign up except for Spinning and RPM. You cannot sign up more than 24 hours in advance. Please call 860-669-9456 to reserve a spot.
Old Saybrook Schedule
Old Saybrook Group Fitness Classes require a sign up for all classes. You cannot sign up more than 24 hours in advance. Please call 860-388-9926 to reserve a spot.
